| 仕事内容 | Warning: Use of undefined constant web_detail - assumed 'web_detail' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/h-around/www/administrator/wp-content/themes/for_PC/page-joblist.php on line 208 Warning: Use of undefined constant web_detail - assumed 'web_detail' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/h-around/www/administrator/wp-content/themes/for_PC/page-joblist.php on line 209 ブライダル業界No1を目指す当社で支配人候補として、担当事業所の運営、業績、人財マネジメントなど全般をご担当頂きます。 ブライダルの知識以上に、これまで培ってきた営業力を活かしながら組織をマネジメントする力を期待しています。 「お客様に満足して頂けるウェディングを実現すること、そしてその結果が売上向上につながっていること」を現場に伝えると同時に様々な営業戦略を立案します。 【具体的には】 ・数値管理、売上管理 ・営業戦略策定（現場マネージャー、チーフ、他事業所と連携しながら営業戦略を立案） ・人財育成業務 ・営業現場のフォロー（接客、式当日のパーティー運営フォロー） ・結婚式当日の施行管理業務 ・全社指針の浸透、現場の取組の全社への発信 など 自社のマネジメントシステムを活用しながら、全てのお客様と向き合える、事業所でしかできない工夫を通じて同社全体の企業力アップに貢献します。 当社がこれまで蓄積してきた営業・マネジメント・管理に関する仕組みもありますので経験が浅い方でも安心して業務にあたって頂くことができます。 ■やりがい：施設における責任は全て支配人に委ねているため、裁量も非常に大きく、営業・人財戦略などあらゆる場面において、自身の考えが求められます。 また、現場の事例を元に、全社ノウハウに展開していく仕組ができているので、会社全体に自分の成果を発信することができます。 経営直下の位置づけとして、現場にいながら様々な経営プロジェクトにも参画することができますので、大きな企業の経営にも関わっている実感を持っていただくこともできます。 ■キャリアパス： 支配人としてのキャリアがある方は即戦力として早期に支配人として活躍していただきたいと考えております。 経験の浅い方は入社当初は事業所の中核メンバーとして、支配人のサポートをしながら営業、サービス、管理について業務習得いただき、数年程度で支配人に昇格し、その後のキャリアは本部の営業管理や、店舗数拡大に伴いエリア制も検討していますので、エリア統括業務、新規事業の責任者など、多岐に渡ります。 |
