| 仕事内容 | Warning: Use of undefined constant web_detail - assumed 'web_detail' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/h-around/www/administrator/wp-content/themes/for_PC/page-joblist.php on line 208 Warning: Use of undefined constant web_detail - assumed 'web_detail' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/h-around/www/administrator/wp-content/themes/for_PC/page-joblist.php on line 209 〇ギフトショップへのルート営業（スーパーバイザー）職 ～店舗SVとして施策の立案・改善活動ができる／土日祝休みで残業20～30時間／地域に根差した展開で全国3000店舗～ ■職務内容： 店舗SVとして、弊社ブランドのギフトショップを訪問し、売り場づくりや販促手法のアドバイスなどをお願いします。自分のアイデアも活かし ながら、各店舗の売上アップを目指していただくことがミッションになります。 １） 販売店の訪問とサポート：1人あたり30～40店舗を担当し、それぞれ定期的に巡回します。地域やお客様の特性に合わせて、自分のアイデアを活かしながら、店舗の オーナーや店長と一緒に魅力的なお店づくりを実施。 ２） 担当地域における新規開拓：基本的には、小売店やホテルなどにDMを送り、返信があったお客様に連絡をして訪問します。その他営業中に親和性のあるお店・企業などがあればアプローチすることも可能です。 ★ 本部にてキャンペーンや施策などが企画されるので、店舗を巡回訪問してオーナーに伝える所から業務がスタート。 各店舗に合わせた売り場作り・プロモーションを実施、それぞれの課題を見つけて、改善の施策を考えていくことがやりがいです。 ■入社後の流れ： 配属先の支店にて、会社の事業や仕事について習得いただき、その後支店長や営業部の管理職から、業務についてなどを1週間程度かけてレクチャーし ます。始めは先輩社員に同行して、ショップでのやり取りや業務の流れを覚え、習得度合いを見ながら徐々に担当店舗をお任せしていきます。経験が浅い方には、人事部でもフォローしながら進めていく予定ですので安心して就業頂く事が可能です。 〇魅力 販売店のオーナーと直接コミュニケーションをとり、ニーズをキャッチできるのは、最前線にいるSVならでは。日々、現場の声を聞いているSVのアイデアから、商品企画部との連携で生まれる商品もたくさんあります。また、全国展開のキャンペーンやイベントを企画する営業本部、商品を仕入れる調達部、販売店からの受注や納期の調整などを担当する一般事務（オーダーデスク）など、たくさんのスタッフがSVの仕事を支えています。 〇会社特徴 |
